A complete range of convection, bakery and proving ovens. Available with of without humidifiers. Several models have twin fans for optimum cooking results. Gas models can be supplied in natural gas or LPG, ideal for mobiles.

Prover Ovens

wo provers with or without a fan with a capacity of nine 433 x 333mm or 400 x 600mm shelves. Stainless steel construction with toughened see-through and heat-proof glass doors

Mini-Oven

4 rack convection oven of stainless steel construction

This compact and attractive convection oven is ideal for cooking different dishes on the same shelves without cross flavouring. It is ideal for cooking fish or meat and doubles as a bakery oven for cooking pizzas, baguettes and croissants. The oven only requires one 13 amp socket.
