15th October 2011.........Oh, what a wonderful news, to learn that the elements are still available!
I am so looking forward to smell the scent of my fresh made breakfast-toast again.
And I'm even more touched by your heartwarming gesture to send them to me free of charge.
You are being so kind to me, almost unbelievable in these days of greed and pursuit of profit.
How can I ever thank you!
My address is the same as mentioned in my initial inquiry mail:
Rodolfo de Vries
carrer Tints 20, 1-2

Again, thank you so much for your incredible customer service!
I will recommend your company to any of my friends.
Best regards,
Rodolfo
Being a very satisfied owner of one of your toasters which probably has reached the age of 50 now, I regret to report the failure of some elements.
Is there a way to order elements for such an old model?
If so, please detail me the road to take. Right now the toaster is kept in "intensive care" in the Netherlands (in Enschede), so a distributor address over there would be helpful.
I would be very obliged to hear from you soon.

19th November 2011 ...Just to say we've been using our (Esprit) Family Brunch for some time and I can genuinely say it cooks a perfect piece of toast! It's almost a 'lost' variety of toast if that makes sense - the old-fashioned kind where it's nice and soft as soon as it comes out but if you leave it in there to cool a bit it goes crunchy - but still moist on the inside. Fab!!

7th November 2010 I was very gratified by your immediate and helpful response to my enquiry about the dating of my toaster - the pictures of which I have now sent you - and will of course direct all of my friends to the site to see it. I was also very amused to learn that I have a bit that you have not got in your museum - the toast warming rack on top, and will of course pass it on to you if I decide ever to give up on the charming old thing. In fact, I will add a note about it to the statement of wishes linked to my will (which I have just revised) to make sure my daughter does not junk it.

1st November 2010 Thank you Bob--you're wonderful!! I will never own anything but a Rowlett-Rutland. It's worth it's weight in gold (do they come in gold?!...) Your instant response and help is a true testament to the quality one gets when they invest in a Rowlett-Rutland. Wow---what a beauty! (Photo of Gold Plated Classic Toaster) Possibly our next one-- though I'd be hard pressed to estimate when (or if ever) our true and steady Esprit will need replacing. Maybe I could convince my husband to get me one in 2025 as an upgrade for our 25th anniversary... (ha!)

17th August 2010 We have just been given one of your 4 slot Rowlett Family Brunch toasters as a present and I was so impressed with it that I thought I would let you know. It is really versatile and easy to use. With a house full of hungry teenagers it has proved to be a godsend. All I have to do is buy a loaf of bread, some ham and some cheese and it keeps them quiet for hours, as well as saving me a fortune in shopping. I would definitely recommend this toaster to my friends.

21st June 2010 My Rowlett toaster, the best toaster I've ever owned, Stylish, reliable with adaptable sizes , a brilliant product.

18th June 2010 My Rowlett toaster is absolutely fabulous. Not only does it look good it’s features make our breakfast time easier. First it’s sleek lines and styling fit our kitchen perfectly. It is beautiful to look at, easy to clean and a feature in our kitchen. Second, it’s four slots, two thick and two thin, allow us to have the kind of bread we like. My son perfects buns while my husband and like sliced bread. In addition, the lever to pop up the toast lets me regulate when to take the toast out. I don’t have to keep adjusting the knob trying to manage the wishes for darker or lighter toast. Now I can take out my son’s bun when it is just warm, a quick flick of the lever and my husband’s bread is out before its overly crunchy and since I like really crunchy but warm toast, I leave mine in the toaster to stay warm until we are all ready to eat.

17th June 2010 I have had a Rowlett Toaster for many years now, always updating to a newer model. My present toaster is a really stylish stainless steel kitchen appliance and very efficient. I, too, like the 'ping' because it reminds me to remove the toast when I am trying to multitask! My step-daughter also has a 2-slot Rowlett Toaster on display in her Wilkinson kitchen - enough said.......

16th June 2010 Dear Rowlett Rutland, I am just writing to thank you for making such a good quality toaster! We have owned our Rowlett Rutland "Esprit" toaster for well over 5 years and have not had one problem with it to date. We would regularly buy cheap toasters in the past, but they would continuously break-down and we were forever replacing them! Your toaster is extremely robust and is a beautiful design icon - a great addition to any kitchen. Please continue the good work. Many thanks,
Ms Mary Sookee, Chessington, Surrey
7th June 2010 "Ping! Perfect results every time! My stylish Rowlett Toaster has pride of place in my kitchen and will be there for years to come! This clever design accommodates difference breads sizes, and lets you know when it’s done - perfect results every time. Toasting sandwiches and buns couldn’t be easier. Without doubt it’s the best, and I just love the PING!"

November 2007 The Sixties.... Francis Nichols & Maureen Cleave married in St Anne's Church, Knocknarea Co, Sligo, 11am September 1, 1966.......There was no wedding list but we got jolly nice presents, which included a red Mini and a Rowlett six-slice toaster.....It was one of the happiest days of my life. Forty-one years, three children and two grandchildren later, we're still going strong and the Rowlett is still toasting.
It’s the best toasterI’ve ever had.
